Who is Francois Nortje the CEO of Tshwane Mobile Truck Alignment?

Francois Louis Nortje, born on 1972/12/02, your typical khaki broek Boer with a huge sweet heart!

Frans started Tshwane Mobile truck Alignment in April 2004. As with the start of all things it was a dream to make a living for his family and for the family to have a business to call their own! He has experience managing fleets and diverse budgets overlooking the simple tasks his background in the motor vehicle industry has stretched over a decade. He started at the bottom of mechanical work straight up to sales executive of tyres. Francois’ vast experience and knowledge throughout the years makes him more than capable to assist with any difficulties in any field you may experience.

Frans is fuelled by his passion for understanding mechanical work and considers himself a ‘forever student,’ eager to both build his company, staff members, professional development and personal development. The hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into action has contributed to his most recent success with TMTA. He believes mindfulness in the workplace is key to success.

Frans is not a complicated guy but has strong believes and values. There is no comparison for the love he has for his friends and family, and you count yourself one of the lucky ones when you have a friendship with him! Not only does he have extensive general knowledge but he has a bucket up his sleeve with a lot of other trades. He strives to help wherever possible and can never say no-and wherever he can’t help he makes a boere plan! Frans is literally a jack of all trades, a master with his hands and loves projects. To name a few would be to write a book but most recently discovered the love and patients to build car trailers from scratch to camping and fishing by the lake -and even creating and designing custom made knifes after sustaining a few blisters and cuts!

He loves the bushveld, the stillness of the night sky, the wild animal noises and the long road trips, if he had his way-he would live in a tent for the rest of his life but fortunately for us there is still a lot more work and projects for him to complete. He's the type of guy that goes with the flow and always sees a best possible outcome to any scenario he encounters! His motto is: sink or swim and by now I have realised that with guidance and support from him, the only way forward is to swim.

He is one of a kind, a man full of talents and I am proud to say my father-in law AKA my BOSS!
